How we use enquiry information

We use submitted information to review your requirement, contact you, confirm product suitability and availability, prepare an offline quotation, and maintain a record of our business communication. The website does not publish product prices or accept online payment.

WhatsApp and calls

After a successful website submission, you may choose to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled summary. Opening WhatsApp is optional and does not prove that a message was sent or delivered. WhatsApp and your telephone provider process communications under their own terms and privacy practices.

Email notifications

Our sales team receives an enquiry notification. When you provide an email address, we may also send an acknowledgement containing your reference and submitted item summary. Temporary email-provider failures may be retried through our secure outbox.

Storage, access and retention

Enquiries and immutable submission snapshots are accessible only to authorised personnel. Internal notes and status history are not displayed publicly. We retain business enquiries for the period configured by the business for operational, legal and record-keeping needs, then archive or remove them under controlled procedures.

Security and abuse prevention

We use security controls such as CSRF protection, rate limits, duplicate-submission protection and a privacy-safe hashed network identifier. We avoid placing party details in public URLs, analytics events or structured data.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information where applicable, subject to legitimate business or legal record-keeping requirements. We do not sell enquiry information to advertisers.
